Yoga Equity Symposium presents Linda Villarosa

Please join us on March 2, 12–1:30 p.m. PST / 3–4:30 p.m. EST for a special event featuring Linda Villarosa discussing her book, “Under the Skin: The Hidden Toll of Racism on American Lives and on the Health of Our Nation.”

Nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, the book shows the forces in American society that cause Black people to “live sicker and die quicker” compared to their white counterparts. And, most powerfully, Villarosa describes the new understanding that coping with the daily scourge of racism ages Black people prematurely. This is critical reading for anyone in healing occupations.
