Certified Iyengar Yoga instructors are held to an unusually rigorous standard of knowledge and training. They can work effectively with students of all ages and physical abilities, modifying the yoga asanas (postures) so that all students may practice yoga safely.

As a student, the Iyengar Yoga Certification Mark is your guarantee of a yoga experience which is safe, suitable for individual physical conditions, and beneficial for both body and mind.

• Search results reflects IYNAUS Certified Teachers in good standing who have paid annual dues and have submitted a signed Certification Mark Agreement.
• Individual teachers have elected to provide (or not provide) information for the online teacher search.
• Teachers in Training are not certified and are not included in search results.
• To seek an apprenticeship or a Certified Teacher to make assessment recommendations, only Intermediate Junior and above teachers are eligible.
• For Therapeutic Yoga, only Intermediate Senior 1 and above teachers are eligible.
• For Teacher Training, only Intermediate Junior 3 and above teachers are eligible.
