HOW TO ORDER: Orders may be placed on our web site 24 hours a day 7 days a week using your Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card. We value your privacy so all your address and credit/debit card information is protected via Secure Sockets Layer encryption and will not be redistributed - and our real-time credit processing system will never store your credit data after your purchase is completed.
Shipping costs are figured by our web site before you have to checkout or enter any credit/debit card information.

Mail order customers please put all of the items that you wish to purchase in your web store shopping cart then print out the page along with the size and color of the item(s) that you wish to purchase and your personal check, cashier's check, or money order with a day time phone number and or email address to:

Please allow additional processing time for personal checks as they must clear your bank prior to our shipping your order. For fastest service, always pay via cashier's check or money order made out to "IYNAUS.ORG".
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PROMPTLY: Except for weekends and holidays, orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
RETURNS: If you are dissatisfied with any item you have ordered, you may return the item(s), along with a copy of your invoice for a refund or an exchange, to:

within 30 days of original purchase (the return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused (unless the item purchased was used), and salable condition to receive full refund or credit). We will credit either the credit/debit card used for purchase, or send you a check, according to the method you used to pay for your order (original shipping and handling charge not included in refund). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours. Please be sure to get a tracking number from UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or any other shipper you choose to use as we are not responsible for lost packages.
RETURNS POLICY: Mail your return goods to the above address and include the following information:
- Copy of original invoice
- Credit/Debit Card Number and Credit/Debit Card Type (VISA, MasterCharge, etc.)
- Name as Shown on Credit/Debit Card
- Credit/Debit Card Expiration Date
- Your Return Postal Address
- Your Phone Number, email address and best time to contact you if there are any questions.
- Whether you prefer a credit on your charge card/debit card or an exchange, (different size, color, etc.)

We try to stock all items we advertise - unfortunately, sometimes we find that we are out of a specific item. If you have ordered an item that is "out of stock" we will notify you by email and let you know what your options are. (Prices and availability are subject to change.)
